	I think of all first of all I would like to warmly welcome the delegation of Singapore, led by His Excellency, Dr Mohammed Maliki being a	[00:00:29]
	Olsman, Minister of the Prime Minister's Office, Second Minister for Education and the Foreign Affairs, without further ado, I give the floor to the head of the delegation for his	[00:00:43]
	Introductory remarks, which should not exceed 20 minutes overall, Excellency, you have the floor. Thank you very much, distinguished Chairperson, Ms. Lee Antoine, members,	[00:00:58]
	Of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, I am Mohammed Maliki Bin Osman, Minister in the Prime Minister for Education and Second Minister for Foreign Affairs.	[00:01:13]
	In Singapore, I am honoured to present the CIPO's very first report on the international convention on the elimination of all forms of discrimination to the Committee today, we were looking forward	[00:01:27]
	To meeting the Committee last year, unfortunately due to COVID-19 where to defer the meeting to today, I am glad I am able to lead my delegation to meet the Committee in person, Singapore places great importance	[00:01:42]
